The Institute's standing NCS Working Party of is a profession-wide collection of employers, regulators and other organisations interested in creating agreed standards for non-lawyer legal practitioners and legal support staff.
1. Membership of the Working Party
The NCS Working Party is a standing committee and so membership remains open to organisations. Please contact us for further information (see Contact Us).
The NCS Working Party can be large because it does not meet - drafts are sent for comment by e-mail circulation.
Membership of the NCS Working Party does not involve any financial or legal or contributory obligation or risk. It is an informal grouping of organisations and not a separate legal entity. It has no power or ability to bind its members contractually or otherwise.
